Art Classes in Paddock, Huddersfield

The Friends Meeting House in Paddock is a superb space with ample parking. It is also on a frequent bus route and not far from the centre of Huddersfield. My style of teaching is lively and tries to give everyone their own autonomy and develop their full potential. I like to wander across the full range of art media, one week it may be acrylic, the next charcoal, the next ink, the next a medium you have never thought about! Each time we try and match our ideas to the possibilities the method makes possible. Maybe I expect you to try something new but will always treat you as an adult. Though you will bring your own art materials I will always have available many alternatives so lack of a particular paint or brush or paper will not have to stop you. I have successfully taught art classes in the region for 10 years. Prior to that I have taught Art at University level. Always part time and always remaining a full time practising artist who has exhibited widely at home and abroad. It is this that keeps my ideas fresh
